Yes, many of our qualified buyers are able to build with no upfront cost. We can use your land as equity, which can help cover your down payment. And since we offer in-house financing, we have more flexibility to approve buyers who might not qualify through traditional lenders.
Who handles the financing process at UBH?
We do. Unlike big banks or mortgage companies, UBH is your lender. That means your loan stays in-house, reviewed by real people who understand the value of your land, not just credit scores. We’ll walk you through every step and do everything we can to help you get approved.
Do I need to have my land fully paid off to build with UBH?
