Step inside the Tulsa Design Center. This is where your home truly becomes yours. Here, you’ll meet with our team, explore the full range of finishes and features, and personalize every detail to match your style and the way you live, including:

Do I need to have my land fully paid off to build with UBH?

Not at all. In many cases, we can consolidate what you still owe on your land into your home mortgage, giving you one simple monthly payment. Our team will take a close look at your land equity and work with you to make the numbers work—so you don’t have to wait years to start building.
