United Built Homes builds on your land throughout the Tulsa area and many surrounding Northeast Oklahoma communities. The Tulsa Design Center serves homeowners in Tulsa County and nearby counties, including Craig, Creek, Delaware, Kay, Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Nowata, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Payne, Rogers, Wagoner, and Washington. UBH also serves nearby areas in Cherokee, Hughes, Lincoln, and Sequoyah counties.

If you are not sure whether your property is in our service area, our team can help confirm before you begin planning your home.

What if my land is outside city limits?

That’s not a problem. Many of our customers build on rural properties outside Tulsa. We’ll review your homesite and discuss any utility or site preparation requirements that may apply.

Can UBH build homes designed for Oklahoma's changing weather?

Yes. Every United Built Home is built to meet applicable local building codes. Our Tulsa team can explain the construction process and the quality materials used to build homes throughout eastern Oklahoma.

Can I customize a floor plan to fit my family's needs?
