What counties does the Bryan Design Center serve?

United Built Homes builds on your land throughout the Bryan and College Station area and many surrounding Central Texas communities. The Bryan Design Center serves homeowners in Brazos County and nearby counties, including Burleson, Falls, Freestone, Grimes, Leon, Limestone, Madison, Milam, Robertson, and Washington. UBH also serves portions of nearby counties such as Lee, Walker, and Waller.

If you are not sure whether your property is in our service area, our team can help confirm before you begin planning your home.

Can UBH build homes near Texas A&M University?

Yes. We build throughout the Bryan-College Station area, including communities surrounding Texas A&M University. Whether you’re looking to build near town or on acreage just outside the city, our team can help determine if your property is within our service area.

What should I know before building on rural land around Bryan?

Every property is different, but some rural homesites may require clearing, grading, utility connections, or septic and well installation. Our Bryan Design Center can help you understand what site preparation may be needed before construction begins.
