What counties does the Austin Design Center serve?

The Austin Design Center serves homeowners throughout Central Texas, including Bastrop, Bell, Blanco, Burnet, Caldwell, Coryell, Fayette, Hays, Lampasas, Lee, Llano, Milam, Mills, San Saba, Travis, Williamson, and surrounding areas.

Can UBH build on acreage or rural property outside Austin?

Absolutely. Many of our customers build on acreage, ranch properties, and rural homesites throughout Central Texas. Whether your land is just outside the city or farther into the Hill Country, we’ll help determine what your property needs before construction begins.

Can I customize my floor plan at the Austin Design Center?

Yes. You can personalize one of our floor plans by selecting different layouts, finishes, and design options to create a home that fits your family’s needs and lifestyle. You can also personalize your plan online with colors, options, and different layouts.

What makes building with UBH different from buying an existing home in Austin?

Building with United Built Homes allows you to create a home designed for your family on land you already own or plan to purchase. Instead of settling for an existing home, you can choose your floor plan, finishes, and features while building in the location you want.

Can I visit the Austin Design Center before I own land?

Yes. You don’t need to own land before meeting with our team. We can help you explore floor plans, discuss financing, explain the building process, and answer questions so you’re ready when you find the right property.

Can I finance my land and new home together?

In many cases, yes. Qualified buyers may be able to include both their land and new home in one financing package through UBH’s in-house financing. Your financing options will depend on your individual situation.

Can I use my land as a down payment?

In many cases, yes. If you own your land, its equity may be used toward your new home, depending on financing qualifications and project details.
