_{Employees of United Built Homes, LLC, their direct family members, and real estate agents/brokers are not eligible to receive rewards. Referral form must be submitted prior to first visit/contact and the signing of any and all purchase agreements. If the referred party purchases a home within 6 months of the original referral date, $500 will be paid within 30 days after the delivery of lumber to the job site. Only one $500 referral reward will be paid per home purchased. All federal, state and local taxes on the referral reward are the referring party's responsibility. United Built Homes, LLC has the right to terminate, suspend or modify this Referral Program at any time without notice.}
