History
United-Bilt Homes, Inc. is a home-building and finance corporation formed in Louisiana on February 13, 1958. The company grew out of a building supply business, and began to construct homes in the Shreveport area; then quickly expanded into several surrounding states. Since its inception, United-Bilt has constructed over 30,000 homes in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas. Throughout the last 45 years, United-Bilt has developed into an expansive company, dealing with all phases of home sales, financing, and building. Several affiliated companies have been created to assist in the many stages of purchasing a home.
United-Bilt is owned by private stockholders and led by a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors outlines the vision of the company for the future as well as sets company policy and procedures.
The central lumberyard, financing team, insurance, and payroll for United-Bilt are located in Shreveport, Louisiana as well as some members of the management team. In Springdale, Arkansas, you will find marketing, training, legal services, and some additional members of management.
United-Bilt has sales offices in the following cities:
- Arkansas: Fayetteville, Fort Smith, Harrison, Jonesboro, and Little Rock
- Louisiana: Baton Rouge, Bossier City, and Monroe
- Missouri: Springfield
- Oklahoma: Tulsa
- Texas: Austin, Beaumont, Dallas, Houston, Sherman, Texarkana, and Tyler
Each sales office is staffed with a Sales Manager, Sales Associates, a Construction Supervisor, and an Administrative Assistant.
