    Yes. UBH can build one of our plans, a modified version of our plans, or a custom plan of your choice. We offer the flexibility to build your home the way you want it.
  2. Are your homes pre-fab or modular?
    Absolutely not. United-Bilt builds your home using conventional house framing techniques. All homes are built on a slab or crawl-space foundation. All material, including roof trusses, are delivered from our centrally located lumberyard. United-Bilt operates its own lumberyard to guarantee top quality lumber for your home.
  3. Does United-Bilt build completely finished homes?
    Yes. United-Bilt can can finish your home, or leave some of the finish to you to save you money.
  4. How long does construction take?
    Construction times vary based on weather, size of the home, contractor availability, and other factors. Our experience shows that we can typically build a finished home in 120 - 150 days.
  5. Can United-Bilt finance my new home?
    Yes. United-Bilt offers 30 year financing with competitive interest rates and flexible terms.
  6. What kind of down payment will I need?
    If you own your property free and clear, United-Bilt usually does not require a down payment for qualified customers.
  7. How much out-of-pocket will I need at closing?
    United-Bilt can finance your new home with no money down! For qualified property owners, United-Bilt does not require a down payment.
  8. Can I do some of my own work on my new home?
    Yes. Save some money and do the work yourself! At United-Bilt, we keep it flexible for you.
  9. How much do your homes cost?
    United-Bilt is a custom builder and our prices vary depending on what features you want in your home, the type of lot you own, and the level of completion you desire. Contact us and we will be happy to discuss your needs.
